No Refund and No Cancellation Policy

No cancellations

Once an order is confirmed and paid for, it cannot be cancelled.

Please check the book, the quantity and your delivery details before you confirm your order on WhatsApp.

No refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any order, including for a change of mind after the book is delivered.

Damaged, misprinted or wrong copies

If your copy arrives damaged, has printing defects or missing pages, or is not the book you ordered, message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery with your order details and a photo of the problem.

Once we confirm the issue, we will send you a replacement copy at no extra cost. This is a replacement, not a refund.

Orders that do not arrive

If your order has not arrived within the delivery time we shared, message us on WhatsApp. We will check with the courier and send the book again if it has been lost.

If we cannot fulfil your order

In the rare case that we cannot supply your order, for example if the book is out of stock or we cannot deliver to your address, we will tell you and return the full amount you paid.

Copies bought elsewhere

This policy covers orders placed with us directly. If you bought the book from a marketplace or a bookshop, their own policy applies.
